Staggered Start Explained

In an order to effectively and logistically ensure a smooth first day of school for both our students and our parents/guardians, we are moving to a staggered start approach for ALL students in August.  As our enrollment continues to grow, it's imperative that we make adjustments.  We are excited to welcome nearly 900 students to campus this fall!  

While we will begin with select grade levels, we will be adding additional grade levels each day.  Please review the start dates below:

For students entering grades 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th - your first day of school will be Wednesday, August 16, 2024.  You will report to school at the regular 8:00am start time and will be dismissed at the 3:00pm bell.

For students enterting grades 10th, 11th, and 12th - your first day of school will be Thursday, August 17, 2024.  You will report to school at the regular 8:00am start time and will be dismissed at the 3:00pm bell.  Please note that 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th also report on this day.

For students entering grades Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th - your first day of school will be Monday, August 21, 2024.  You will report at the regular 8:00am start time and will be dismissed at 3:00pm.  Please note that 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th will also report on this day.

For Preschool students, your first day of school is Tuesday, September 5, 2024.  ALL STUDENTS OFFICIALLY ON CAMPUS.

Student Enrollment Policy: Harvest Preparatory School recruits and admits students of any race, color or ethic origin to all its rights, privileges, programs and activities.
