Norbert Tate has a Master of Science in Education specializing in Educational Administration and Supervision and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Southern Illinois University. Additionally, he has over 16 years of experience in the educational arena including teaching music and school administration.

As an administrator, he served as the Principal at the second largest elementary school in Illinois focusing on Student achievement and School discipline. As an Assistant Principal, Mr. Tate assisted in the implementation of the Middle School concept in his school district and served on his district’s redistricting and building utilization committees.

In his music career, his bands have performed at the Orange Bowl Parade, Chicago Bears Football Game and the Illinois Music Educators Conference, invited to the Gator Bowl and the international Art Festival in Mexico City Twice. Additionally, in 1996, he was named as one of Who's Who Among Americas Teachers. Mr. Tate is certified in Arizona, Illinois, Missouri, South Carolina and Ohio.
