Jack Johnson has a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Education from West Virginia Wesleyan University. Coach Johnson has over 40 years in education. He has served as a Health and Physical Education teacher at Pickerington for 35 years. He was on the Board of Trustees for International Field Studies, a biological science research center located in the Bahamas for 25 years. Coach Johnson worked for four years at Ohio State University in the football program with Coach Tressel. Additionally, Coach Johnson has received many honors and awards, including being inducted into the Fairfield County Hall of Fame, West Virginia Hall of Fame, Liberty Union High School Hall of Fame, Ohio High School Football Coaches Hall of Fame. He was a two-year All-American in both football and baseball, and he was drafted in baseball.
